Many see chaos. I see pathways.

ADHD Coaching & Systemic Family Support for children, teens and families in Zurich, Wollerau and across Switzerland.

School stress, full schedules, parenting questions or ADHD in everyday family life? I support families in a playful, clear and reliable way through the everyday jungle — towards more calm, orientation and self-confidence.

What I can support you with

Every family is unique. That is why my work does not begin with ready-made solutions, but with careful listening and a closer look: What does your family need? What does your child need? What do you need as parents? And what truly helps in your everyday life?

What shapes my work

I do not work to make children fit in.
I support families in better understanding what is happening — and which conditions can help potential unfold.

Development does not happen through pressure. It happens where children feel seen, parents gain orientation and families become able to act again.

Strengthening parents and children

Children need adults who can guide them with confidence and care. I help you gain inner clarity, recognise unhelpful patterns and build a strong foundation for long-term development.

Family guidance

For families who keep reaching similar limits in everyday life, feel stuck … or wish for a clear outside perspective. Systemic family support available in person near Zurich or online throughout Switzerland.

Events and activities

Creative spaces of experience for children and young people. Here, children can try things out, create, grow and experience: I can make a difference.

ADHD Coaching

For children, young people and families where ADHD has been diagnosed, is suspected or noticeably shapes everyday life. We work on understanding, structure, self-organisation, emotional regulation and a strengthening view of what is possible.

Why guidance?

Sometimes it does not take a major diagnosis or a perfect plan. Sometimes it takes someone who can sort things out, translate what is happening and stay calm. Someone who looks with you and asks:

What is actually happening here?
What does the child need?
What do we need as parents?
What can we change in practical terms?
Where is there already more potential than we can currently see?

Step by step, this creates more clarity, connection and room to act.

Let me be blunt: if you’re looking for a place where your kid just coasts through summer, this might not be the camp for you. Julian’s Summer Camp is a lot more than that. My daughter came back not just entertained but genuinely enriched. They challenge the kids in a good way, keep them curious, and actually make them think rather than just filling time with fluff. The camp’s got a solid approach, and I appreciate that they don’t over-pamper or over-praise the kids for just showing up. They focus on real learning and some genuine outdoor fun. It’s warm and friendly, sure, but it’s also practical and no-nonsense in a way I respect. If you want your kid to actually grow over the summer, not just be babysat, then this camp gets my thumbs-up. Just know they’re going to push the kids to think and engage, which I think is exactly what a good camp should do.

Our son is absolutely loving the story telling and drama clubs with Julian. We really appreciate the caring and inclusive approach Julian brings to the lessons. He does an amazing job at channeling all the kids' energy into creative activities, making sure everyone feels seen and heard, while having fun. It's wonderful to see our son so excited and engaged each week. We highly recommend Julian's classes, and we'll definitely enroll next year again!

Herr Lehnhardt is an inspiring teacher and educator. His passion for teaching shines through in everything he does. He is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, and deeply committed to each child’s individual development. He brings fresh, engaging ideas into the classes and tailors his approach to meet each child where they are. Our son has learned so much German with him, and gained a lot of confidence for speaking the language. Herr Lehnhardt creates a warm, encouraging environment where children feel safe, curious, and excited to explore. Furthermore, our son had the pleasure of attending Herr Lehnhardt’s wonderful summer camp, which was a huge success filled with nature experiences and precious memories that he still talks about. We are very grateful for Herr Lehnhardt’s dedication and care. He is one of those rare teachers who leaves a lasting and meaningful impact.

I believe in spaces where children are allowed to grow

And in adults who have the courage to accompany them.

I am Julian Lehnhardt

I am Julian Lehnhardt, a state-recognised educator, ADHD coach, theatre practitioner and systemic guide. After more than 15 years of working in kindergartens, schools and international projects, I bring educational expertise, my own ADHD experience and a clear attitude to my work. I want to create spaces where children are allowed to grow: brave, curious and in their own way. Spaces where relationship matters more than judgement. And spaces where families find new paths, regain strength and feel seen. My work is practical, individual and suitable for everyday life — with small impulses that can make a big difference.

You want to respond with patience. And then there's this broken glass on the kitchen floor. Juice everywhere. One child screams, the other freezes. Before you can think, you've raised your voice. The real pain often comes after: that inner voice that judges immediately, makes you small, stamps you as a "failure." This is exactly where it's decided whether you stay stable in everyday life or break inside. Self-love doesn't begin in quiet moments. It begins in chaos.
Why free play and idle moments matter so much for child development
“In school, the child is doing great.” A sentence often meant as a compliment. It describes a child who meets expectations: calm, focused, compliant, ready to perform. What it does not describe is the cost of this adaptation. Increasingly, a pattern is emerging that is rarely discussed in educational contexts: children who appear stable in school collapse outside that framework, at home, in the afternoon, or on weekends.
